We had the good fortune of connecting with Bill Schuller and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bill, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
When first starting this business we were paycheck to paycheck so starting this business was a big leap of faith. This was the epitome of standing on the cliff and jumping either you fly or fall. We took our income tax check and used it to buy the equipment to start the business.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
We provide DJ/MC plus other services for weddings and other events. In order to be successful in this business there needs to be passion for people and providing services to celebrate special moments in people’s lives. In addition to having passion, in order to be successful we needed to network with multiple vendors.
Anyone with a passion to be a DJ especially for weddings is the reaction, feelings, and excitement we create on the dance floor, but also the fruition of everything we do to make there day special. To see a bride/groom/client happy, and thankful makes all the hard work worth it!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Depending on what friend was visiting, there’s Kings Island, indoor sky diving, Oregon District, places to do trivia, Top Golf, concerts, and or casinos. In addition, multiple places for great food such as Mongolian grill, rotating restaurant, Shaq’s chicken, melting pot, or Elsa’s mexican.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I started this business after a friend (Tommy Lee), introduced me to the world of being a DJ. Along the way I had support from my wife (Renee), a friend of hers (Todd Moore), and love/support of family.
