Hi Maurice F., can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
First of all, I really appreciate this opportunity. That is really a great question. My business, Total Harmony Leadership Solutions, is more than just a coaching service; it’s a movement towards personal and professional transformation. We believe that by addressing the inner struggles of professionals, we can catalyze positive change in both their personal lives and the broader community. Too often, individuals overlook the profound connection between their personal well-being and their professional success.

I think of healthy mindsets like the antithesis of the type of virus we recently faced in our country. When you live and breath healthy mindsets and healthy leadership, they spread. Believe, positivity, and freedom are all thing that spread when you walk in the fullness of your God-given purpose.

In today’s fast-paced world, many individuals seem successful on the outside but are silently struggling on the inside. If you find yourself in this situation, it’s essential to recognize that your internal battles extend beyond just your own experience. They have a ripple effect, impacting those who depend on you, as well as those who care for and support you. There is power in realizing that by addressing and healing your personal struggles, you enhance your capacity to make a positive impact on the world around you. That’s where we come in – we provide the tools, support, and guidance to help people align their personal and professional lives, fostering holistic growth and resilience.

Through our workshops, masterclasses, and individual coaching sessions, we equip professionals with the mindset and skills needed to overcome obstacles like burnout, imposter syndrome, and stress. I have heard many people say that they can’t afford to spend time focusing on their mental health. It is our believe at Total Harmony Leadership Solutions that as leaders, we can’t afford not to. Why? Because as a leader, the moment is always bigger than you When you change your world, you become empowered to change the world. When you improve your closest community, you position yourselves to help the greater community.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We all encounter challenges in business. I am a firm believer that the challenges we face build the character that we require for the journey. I wouldn’t say that the journey has been easy, but I would say that it has been everything that I needed it to be.
The truth is, I didn’t know this was the business I would eventually build but I can see now that is what I was always meant to do.

During my 20s, I thought I would be making music for the rest of my life. I thought that any other business venture would somehow be connected to the entertainment industry. I know what it’s like to win awards, to be in publications, to have great accomplishments all the while your personal life is falling apart. I know what it is to smile in front of thousands while you want to give up on life when you’re all alone. I’ve caved to professional pressure and I’ve succeeded professionally while letting personal relationships fall apart. I hit what I considered to be a personal and professional rock bottom for a few years and in 2016, I felt like enough had to be enough.

Total Harmony Leadership Solutions is about helping people find total harmony within their lives and businesses. That, ultimately, is not a moment. Its a journey of intentionality. In my book, YOur But Is Too Big, I call it The Marathon Mindset. Learning to focus on the beauty of the race, not just the finish line is the real key.

What I want people to know about this brand is that I’m doing this for a cause greater than me. This is a God-given calling to help people find true freedom. My priority isn’t making my name great, the priority is helping every client make their name greater. I want to help people take their lives to another level. I’m here helping the world a better place one leader at a time. I truly believe that.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
When it comes to showing off Akron, Ohio, I have a few spots up my sleeve that always guarantee a good time. First up, if you’re looking for a culinary experience that’ll leave you speechless, I’d highly recommend Shaboy’s Akron. Trust me, their catered meals will have you in awe with every bite.

Now, for a taste of Akron’s iconic flavors, we’ve got to swing by Swensons for their legendary burgers and Wally Waffles for a breakfast that’ll start your day off right.

There are really two groups that I want to shout out today. I have to shout out my production team at Madwerkz Productions. Joddy Eric Matthews and Chris Kennedy, in particular, have really helped me begin to bring my vision to life. They have a great vision for some future ideas that I’m excited about and I wanted two give them a shoutout.

The biggest shoutout honest goes to my home squad. My wife, Ashleigh Martin and our two kids are my greatest inspiration.. If there is no Ashleigh Martin, there is no total harmony in my life. God has been giving us an incredibly vision that we are building together, and it is a beautiful thing. I’d be remiss if didn’t take the time to give a shoutout to the 3 people who have truly made me the man that I am today.
