Meet Jeramy Perry | Entrepreneur, Actor & Model

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jeramy Perry and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jeramy, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I was born and raised in Cleveland Ohio. There were a great deal of challenges growing up in such a city. Though it’s life here, there happens to be so much darkness. I learned at any early age it is very important to be of substance and stand out. So easy to fall short when those around you don’t know what they’re doing. I thank God for bringing me this far.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am currently 22 years old, still learning and taking every piece of advice I get along the way. When I started cooking back in 2020 I never thought that I’d grow an actual love for it. It was all about the money at first, you see early that if your principles and goals don’t align you won’t reach your full potential. I’ve had a hunger for showing variety and never sticking to just ONE thing. It’s pushed me to see myself in new levels.

I lost 100 pounds in 2020, I wasn’t as confident as I am now. Once I was able to get over the self pity, I started to model. Modeling was about having fun, then slowly turned into a true passion of mine. Opened so many doors I never thought I’d be in. I’ve gotten to work with some really dope photographers in the industry.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love adventure and music, “The Escape Game” is so fun and you have to check it out! It’s where you and your team enter a highly immersive, multi-room set where you’ll solve puzzles and crack codes. You’ll have 60 minutes to beat the clock. Another hot spot for the city is The Museum Of Art” which offers unique experiences for visitors of all ages. Every month there is another special exhibit so you never truly know what to expect.

Now with food, Cleveland is taking the cake in every way. Open Pitt (St. Clair), Condado’s Tacos, and Black Box Fix are a few that will blow your mind when you taste it.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are two individuals whom indeed deserve flowers. I first and foremost have to thank my friend Zhya. She is one of the first people I modeled with once I started to take it seriously. We’ve been apart of at least 12 different projects together. Zhya’s consistency with helping think of concepts and new ideas that I can bring to the table has been truly admirable. I am very grateful we met, blessed to call her a friend.

The second individual is Author & Director, Ivy Lee. You put my first foot in the door of acting. Since 2022, I have learned and grown so much as an actor. I have to thank you for your kind words and believing in me. Especially in a time where I wasn’t truly believing in myself.
