Hi Antoinette, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I have been State tested nurse assistant For over 20 years . I’ve always talked about having a home health agency. Since I was younger through the pandemic I was able to sit down And really think about my next step in life and that was to help senior So in 2021 I opened my business Antoinette’s Senior Care LLC

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart from others is I’ve been In health care Industry For over 20 years . So I knew starting a business the type of care I wanted to provide for my families . I know what was needed . I’m most proud of being able to care for those that are in need and give them the best care possible.
How did I get to where I am today hard-working dedication
Not giving up Putting god first allowing him to guide me.
No, it was not easy having your own business has its ups and downs.
What I want the world to know about my story is that you can be anything you want to be in life I was able to do it. Being a single mother of 4 It has its ups and Downs sleepless nights.
But at the end of the was able to make my dreams come true with hard work deducation. And that hard work and dedication is paying off. I am in business now 3 years Who would think
The single mother of four left her job in 2021 With no plan, no income coming in. I was able to take my savings and risk it all for a dream and look at me now. I am a successful business owner.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Yes I would like to shut out the Bounce Innovation Hub I was in there entrepreneur program 2021 Where they gave me the tools I needed to run a successful business In Akron Ohio. I highly recommend the program. It helped me decide what I wanted to do in life. And how to add structure to my business. If it was not for them. I don’t know what direction I would have went With my business or even how to run a business. I had no clue. But I completed the progrand now I am 3 years I am forever grateful
