Meet Bill $haft | Hip Hop Artist and Show Promoter

We had the good fortune of connecting with Bill $haft and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Bill, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
Wasted & Sedated helps the local music scene by providing a safe space for artists to perform their unheard material. We connect artists with new artists to work with and new fans.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Being an artist/promoter is no easy task. You have to maintain balance between the two to make sure both careers are prospering. Once the lines between the two roles gets blurred it’s hard to find your way back. My art stems from my inner thoughts and personality, I have no filter and you will hear that with the outrageous lyrics I lay down.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m taking them to see any local concert that is going on. Definitely hitting up the attic for comedy and maybe a blue jackets game. Food wise we’re gonna have to hit up thurmans.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My best friend Dalton Poole aka DJ Walrus. He has been at pretty much every show since 2019 supporting my dream. Also other wasted n sedated team members theygivenvybez, henny b, kyotee, funnyman brown, and wevo have all been a big help in getting the brand off the ground.
