We had the good fortune of connecting with Darian Stitt and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Darian, what’s your definition for success?
Success to me is living with purpose. We often times take life for granted and don’t realize how good we have it and how long at that.
Being successful is doing your best everyday and acknowledging the little things in life. We’re here to inspire, so as long as you’re making an impact in the world to the point you’re effecting someone in a positive way that’s success to me!

It’s not easy but that’s what makes life it worth while in the end.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Artistic Rebels Ent LLC (AR) is a creative marketing company that specializes in Dance, Media (photo/videography) and Hosting.

Out of all the achievements AR has made through the community I am most proud of our recent venture with starting a Dance Program for the Warrensville Heights School District. This is just the first step to rebuilding the next generation to be greater and have the proper resources.

To be almost a decade in business it takes patience, strategy and faith.

Definitely was times I wanted to give up but overall my passion would always come back to be the change I want to see in the world. I don’t think I can ever just not be active in seeing others growth, even when I am done dancing I’ll still be a vessel for others.

Some lessons I learned along the way though are to value yourself more.
You cannot pour from a empty glass, I learned this the hard way.
In the end you end up hurting not only others but yourself doing so.
Also timing is everything understand your market as you go, keep up with the supply and demand, in other words stay connected to people.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
To be honest they’re are a plethora people to thank for my success.

First and foremost,
God for he is my source of everything and why I’m here still now.

My family for instilling my values when it comes to life. I’m grateful I’m not a materialistic person and know how to make the best of everything.

Coming from a family of love,
I’m grateful and have done my part in the world to reflect that.

An organization I want to shout out are the Cavs Scream Team/Cavs minis, I thank the cavs for giving dancers a commercial platform that became the blueprint for most NBA dance teams and had a big impact on me as a kid coming up as well back in the day (2005-2009).
