Meet Greg Mack | Medical Exercise Specialist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Greg Mack and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Greg, is there something you believe many others might not?
I believe that it is not possible that an individual can become whatever they want. Each of us is bestowed with unique genetic potentials and limitations. We should focus on leveraging the potentials and accepting the limitations. Each individual can still live a successful and satisfying life even given the intrinsic limitations.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Exercise Professional Education, LLC provides continuing education to exercise professionals from a variety of disciplines. The flagship course is the Muscle System Specialist Course. This course is the result of decades of work in the field of exercise and its potential to reduce or eliminate physical and emotional pain. It teaches a completely unique philosophy of the body and provides a comprehensive system for operating a successful practice where exercise is used to help assess and improve pain and motor control issues. It is a unique system of assessment, data collection, analysis, and methodologies for improving an individual’s control over their body. I am proud of the fact that many professionals form around the world have taken the time to learn and apply the course teachings and creating successful practices helping people to move better, feel better, and live better!
The challenges have been, and continue to be, introducing this new practice paradigm into the existing framework. Medical and exercise professionals are often reluctant to accept change and new ideas. It is not easy.
I have learned that persistence is a skill that needs to be applied. If you believe in, and are passionate about what you are doing, and it’s based in truth, then keep going!
I want the world to know that there are new and exciting ways to approach old problems and that non-surgical and non-drug options are available to improve the way they feel. Be creative and patient.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If the Ohio State Buckeye Football team is playing, then we would definitely go to the “Shoe”! (The Ohio Stadium) We would get there early and do some tailgating.
After the game, we would get some dinner in the Short North Arts District. Maybe the Chop House or Pint House.
An afternoon at the Columbus Zoo is fun as it is a world-class facility with some unique and interesting things to see.
An afternoon River Walk would be relaxing, and you could see some Columbus historical sites.
Breakfast at the Starliner Cafe is a great way to start the day.
We could catch a hockey game watching the Blue Jackets or maybe a soccer game watching the Columbus Crew!
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
