We had the good fortune of connecting with Jada Lyshe and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jada, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
When starting my business my thought process was wanted to become my own boss and being able to put myself in a position to be in control of my life and being able to live life on my own terms.

When I started my sunglass brand, I wanted to create a luxury brand with high quality products and custom packaging to match the brands luxe vibe.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Cincinnati is such an amazing city with a lot of hidden gems to explore. When visiting Cincinnati I would recommend getting breakfast from Dirty Breastfast, Lunch from Chef Nem & end the night off with drinks and food at Fantasy Drink Lounge.

If you want to explore, I recommend going downtown to the banks and relaxing along the river and enjoying the view. I would also recommend going to Selfie Cincinnati for some good fun.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
While creating my brand I want to give a special shoutout to my family for being my support system & always encouraging me to keep going. My family has been my rock and has been my sounding board while building my business & I appreciate their unwavering support.
