We had the good fortune of connecting with Jenny Girardot & Sarah Erman and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jenny Girardot & Sarah Erman, can you tell us more about your background and the role it’s played in shaping who you are today?
We are two sisters from Northeast Indiana. We grew up going to a local (now defunct) amusement park that fostered our love for rides. Once we tall enough “to ride everything” our parents took us to Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio to ride roller coasters. One day at the park changed everything for us. We fell in love with coasters and once we were older, we began traveling to other parks and documenting our adventures.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
When we create content, we like to show who we really are. We believe in capturing quality footage, but we want to have fun while doing it. We want our social media pages to be a fun and positive place. It takes a lot of work to maintain a social media presence and remain relevant. We have learned that growth is hard and to not sweat the small things.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would take our friend on a fun road trip starting at Cedar Point! We’d spend the day riding roller coasters including Raptor (Sarah’s favorite) Millennium Force and Steel Vengeance. Our favorite places to eat at Cedar Point are Farmhouse and Backbeatque.

After Cedar Point, visiting the Ohio Caverns is a really fun and unique experience! We definitely recommend spending a day here as well.

The next day we would take our friend to the Columbus Zoo. We would make sure our friend rode the roller coasters there also!

The next couple days would be spent outdoors in Hocking Hills State Park. Such a beautiful place! We definitely recommend getting dinner at the local winery or brewery there.

Another great place we would love to take our friend to visit is the Airforce Museum in Dayton, Ohio. It is such a fun and unique place full of history. After the museum, we’d spend the evening at Scene 75 playing games and riding their roller coaster.

We’d end the trip at Kings Island. We would spend the day riding roller coasters and eating blue ice cream. We would definitely make sure to ride the Beast at night!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We want to send a big “Thank You! “ to our parents for introducing us to Cedar Point and helping us get over our fear of roller coasters.

Another huge shoutout to our third group member, Jeff (Jenny’s husband) for coming along on all of our adventures. He is the one who does 90% of the driving and makes sure we get to and from amusement parks safely.
