Hi Kasamanda, how do you think about risk?
Taking risks is the only way to challenge yourself and see what you are capable of. Taking a risk as a Realtor has been the one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I find pushing myself outside of my comfort zone is a great way to grow.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
As a full-time Realtor, I understand the challenges and stresses of moving firsthand. Having grown up in Ohio and lived in five other states since graduating college, I’ve navigated many transitions myself. I’m here to take on those challenges for you, allowing you to focus on finding the perfect home.
My experience at Sibcy Cline has equipped me with specialized real estate knowledge and a unique perspective on transaction management. Additionally, with a degree in Hospitality Management, I bring a proactive and customer-focused approach to meeting your needs. Every client is treated with the utmost care and dedication, ensuring your real estate journey is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I have to start by saying I fell in love with Cincinnati about a year after moving here. It truly takes time to find your footing here, since most of Cincinnati seems to have always lived here. I now know why most wouldn’t want to leave, it’s such an amazing place to live and raise a family at an affordable cost. We have so many amazing things and places to offer in the City. Parks, restaurants, shopping, museums, the zoo and some incredible restaurants. My ultimate favorite spot in the city is The Lytle Park Hotel it’s all vibes from the lobby to the rooftop. My favorite restaurant is probably Pepp & Delores I’m a huge pasta fan and theirs is top notch! Ghost baby for the espresso martini’s, or hit up a sporting event FCC games are my favorite.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I started my real estate career at Sibcy Cline 5 years ago, it was the best thing I’ve done for myself in my professional career. Working at a family owned company who truly values training and community has been crucial. So many of the established agents within Sibcy are really willing to mentor and share success stories but, also share the bad and how we can learn from each other. Growing within Sibcy over the past 5 years has been a phenomenal journey.
