Meet Manny Hall | Brand Developer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Manny Hall and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Manny, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I wanted to know what it would be like to work for myself and make my own hours. I was tired of working for someone else’s company to make them richer. I wanted to take a chance on me.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I think differently from most individuals in the marketing space. It’s more about brand development from a personal brand and business brand perspective. We have to constantly identify areas of improvement in our systems and processes, but also consider how our business and products/services are being viewed by our target audience.

In many instances, we are working directly with the business owner to identify and dismantle limiting beliefs, sleep habits, eating habits, workout routines, reading and/or listening to books, and identifying if they have the right people around them.

We have found that focusing on these key areas within a business owner’s life dramatically impacts their business and gives it a chance to be more successful.

Next, we go through these steps:

Get an understanding of their business model
Look at their value proposition
Identify their target audience
Look at their price point
Develop a brand strategy
Develop a marketing strategy
Execute the marketing strategy while sticking to the brand standards that were created in the brand strategy document.

This method has proved to be highly effective for our clients so we included this in our Onboarding process.

It definitely was not easy getting to where I am, but once I changed the way I thought about business and sales, everything shifted for me. I used to be negative and had a hard time believing I could be successful. Those low vibrational thoughts were keeping me in lack within my business. I decided to start reading more books, attending workshops, and watching a lot of YouTube videos. These resources helped me think differently and see the value of improving my personal life and business.

I want the world to know that I believe that we all have a right and duty to be happy, rich, and successful. That happiness, richness, and success can look different among various people, but never settle for anything less.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would check out some vegan spots around the city. Go to downtown Cleveland to see the lights near Tower City. We would probably catch a CAVS basketball game. Go to the movies.

I would show them some attractions they had never seen before. We would go to the Science Center with my family to hang out.

Have dinner at a nice restaurant with some vegan options.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Along my journey, there have been so many amazing people who have been there to offer encouragement, advice, criticism, and support. My family, my wife, and my children have been the drive and passion behind me going after my dreams.

When I think about where I started and where I am now, I could not have done any of this without their support. My wife, Marlia has been absolutely amazing in her support. They allowed me to be stuck in my office for hours sometimes, speaking across the country at conferences, and teaching branding/marketing classes.
