We had the good fortune of connecting with MiaMarie and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi MiaMarie, can you tell us more about your background and the role it’s played in shaping who you are today?
I am from Cleveland, Ohio. I’ll start by saying your lowest times give you strength. The toughest times build you & the hardest times create you. During the years of me growing up I’ve always had a different spirit. A spirit of a warrior, A spirit of a fighter, A spirit of a woman of GOD since birth. God gifted me with a purpose & a special light that took me time to even realize but sometimes you have to go through obstacles & be put in positions to realize who you really are, what your capable of & most importantly your WORTH. The best way to describe my background is 2 words FIGHTING & PURSUING. I was a survivor since birth the doctor said it was possible i wouldn’t make it but now I’m here giving a summary of my story. So at a young age i just started high school i was 15. Ever since then up until now & I’m 21 years old now, I was fighting each year, facing battles. My first battle was in & out of the hospitals, having surgeries left to right. Throughout the whole high school years then ended my senior year with being at home not being able to attend my last year & ended with no prom, no senior pictures, no graduation, no sports season. It felt like everything i worked hard for was gone. The bittersweet moment was gone & it was a heartbreaking feeling only class of 2020 would feel. After graduating.. October 27th, 2021 i was in a bad car accident when my life flashed before my eyes. I was with my ONLY sisters i got, all 4 of us together. We flipped 3 to 5 times, hit a tree, got hit by a car & bullets was shot. Let’s just say my angels protected me the whole way.. i came out not remembering anything that happened just woke up in ANOTHER hospital just to find out i was covered in blood, in a neck-brace & almost died. My Jaw was broke & HANGING DOWN, scars everywhere, blood coming from my mouth, i had to get mouth surgery, screws all through my mouth, wired shut down completely couldn’t open my mouth, couldn’t eat, couldn’t talk. I used a talking app if i wanted to talk & i used a straw to eat for a year. Fast forward i had to FIGHT a couple more times during 2023 but one thing i did was OVERCOME & kept moving like nothing happened, my spirit stayed strong through each situation & i never let my crown fall. God had to put me in a few positions to wake me up & realize who i was & what i was capable of. When i was sick for a year i created a blog & podcast in that situation.. that goes back to how your lowest moments gives you strength you didn’t even realize, these hard battles built me & mold me into the person i am today. God works in mysterious ways & 2024 is the year I’m making it out & I’m claiming & getting everything i deserve. I am a fighter, warrior & the chosen one that God called me to be. God held me on a high stool because he knew i would make it through. My spirit & who i am is unstoppable & unbreakable. One thing i always did was smile through the pain, shined in the dark & still spread love when i didn’t even have a cup to fill. Sometimes when you feel empty, you really pouring into people & don’t even realize. I kept pursuing & doing everything i wanted no matter the circumstances cause i knew God was right by my side & i can do anything i put my mind too. I now know I’m built for the impossible & I’m a survivor, the secret weapon God called me to be.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
So i have a few businesses i run, i call myself a serial entrepreneur. That’s what sets me apart from people i don’t limit myself. I’m driven/dedicated about each business i do & come up with. You have people sometimes questioning themselves if running more than 1 business is too much, overwhelming or just feel like having a job & running a business is enough. I set apart from knowing that it’s no limit to success, to a business, to making money. I’m a Go-Getter & i get the excitement of always getting new ideas i want to do which goes along with my creativity & mindset i have. I am so excited about executing & expanding each business i have & each idea i come up with. Most importantly I’m proud of myself for knowing i can do the impossible, knowing each business will be a million dollar business & always knowing my craft will be seen & in stores all over the world. I knew i could make money on my own with my creativity & didn’t like being told what to do or like running the clock at somebody else store/business. I always seen a vision of people working for me & not me working for anybody else. That’s what got me where i am today & running my own business. I’m my own CEO, but of course there is always trials & tribulations when your trying to make yourself successful that’s just life but it’s up to you to keep going or to give up. The only way is to NOT give up & keep pursuing your dreams. One thing people don’t understand is everything doesn’t happen on your timing , only Gods timing. You have to have patience & that’s something i had to work on cause i don’t have patience & want everything done quickly but great things happen in due time, it’s the Faith i have in me that keeps me going & mainly my mindset. Nothing is ever easy until you start putting in the work & see how things start moving smoothly. It’s like a bumpy road till you make it out & on a smooth road but it’s up to you how long you will be on that bumpy road. I want the world to know about my businesses & that they will be known and each business have a meaning behind each. My first business was in 2020 with accessories which I’m about to get back into selling accessories, making keychains & creating my own jewelry & more. Now i have a sunglass line called LUXURYVUES, all views gives a luxury look✨ I also have a business called XTOUCHEDBYMARIEE which i do, pedicures, manicures, nails. I then have a business called THEVOICEOF_INSPIRATIONSS which i do videos, create my own quotes, post messages & give inspiration teaching the word of God & giving motivational messages etc.. which goes along with my blog/podcast that will be back up running next month. Now i have a business called DESIGNZ.BYMARIE this business is doing customs shirts/hoodies & selling my own shirts i make , custom ashtray/accessories & including me shooting videos like promo videos & creating logos, flyers & more. Last but not least this is coming soon but my clothing brand will be the next upcoming brand in Cleveland, it’s in the process of getting worked on & will drop this year 🫵🏾 stay tuned. If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If i had family or friends come in town, my first place i would take them too is downtown. Downtown has multiple scenes to view/ look at then have great restaurants choices for example i like Pier W, Filter experience. Also are Lake downtown is also a beautiful scene to go too & have fun activities like playing volleyball/ going on boat rides. During the day I would take them to a sports game like the Cavs game, Browns game or even baseball game. If it was hot i would definitely recommend cedar point/ Kalahari. Last thing i would say is are bars/ clubs are fun to go too & have good food options at the bars. These are the places i will be willing to take somebody visiting Cleveland.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to shoutout my mother who created me into this driven, outgoing & powerful person i became. Without my mother i wouldn’t have made it through half of what i been through, she is my leader, my motivation, my bestfriend who was there through all my lowest moments when i wanted to give up. Also i would like to shoutout my grandfather, siblings & a few other family members who always believed in me & my craft. Every idea, every thought, every adventure they knew i would execute in every area i planned to do. I would also like to shout out my 4, 4s!!! My day 1s. My sisters, my group we always encouraged each other to do whatever we desire in life. We believed in each other, we encouraged each other, we pray together, we write together, we uplift each other. Most importantly we have a vision & we going to the TOP🔝 , y’all will see us there 4, 4s. Last but not least my God without you, there is nothing possible!!! God has been nothing but Great to me, call on our Father & watch your life change. Then who wouldn’t i be if i didn’t give myself recognition for making a way & telling this story that has a beautiful ending the world will/ need to hear.
