Meet Nadeen | Founder & photographer of F4stcustoms

We had the good fortune of connecting with Nadeen and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Nadeen, how did you come up with the idea for your business?
Last August me and my friend went to a car show and fell in love with it, so we continued to go to more. I then had the idea to start taking pictures of the cars and share them with everyone I knew via Instagram. What started out as a fun activity turned into our own small business that we just continued to grow more and more.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
The main attribute that sets F4stcustoms apart from others would be the reason we do what we do. Majority of the car photography/videography pages you see out there are looking to grow for fame/attention. Meanwhile we just do what we do for fun and to share cars we see/enjoy with people all over the state, country, and world!
Sure, some people may believe what we do is so simple and easy to do but it really isn’t. It is hard to keep up with posts and making everyone happy at the end of the day when you are a full-time student and have a job after school. On top of that, the process of trying to get the PERFECT angle can be very difficult. For example, not enough space for you to move around, or the fact the sun can be in the way, or even people walking in front of the perfect shot and even in the background. Let us not forget about the editing process. While we strive to keep our photos as “natural” looking as possible it can be very time consuming to try to get the perfect lighting, saturation, shadows, etc.
We learn lessons throughout life in everything we do. Based off of our experience we have definitely learned to be more patient as well as committed. We want the world to know that we appreciate everyone and everything. We appreciate every like, comment, and share we receive as well as all the car owners who let us shoot their unique cars. We try our best to be humble, grateful, and respectful to everyone!
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
The one big thing I love about Columbus, Ohio is the fact there is a lot to do! Obviously being a car person, I would take my best friend to Buckeye Raceway to enjoy some fun, fast, competitive go-karting. After that I would probably take them to go around Easton Shopping Center because they have such a wide variety of stores and a LOT of good food spots. We could go watch a movie in the AMC theatre and get some dinner at Cafe Istanbul as well. Thats not close to everything on the list but those would definitely be my favorite.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to give a big shoutout to my co-founder Neil. I wouldn’t have the F4stcustoms account if he never helped create it for me. The entire thing may have been my idea, but he strived and worked hard by my side the entire time to make the account grow!
