Hi Nicole, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
At Sauce Boss Gang, we’re committed to igniting your encounter with taste and aesthetics by using confidence as an ingredient to create bold products with a powerful presence.. Developing dishes, drinks and desserts with our products allows us to highlight many cultures and bring awareness to independent artists that create our labels. We understand the power art has in its many forms, our job is to share it with the world.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Sauce Boss Gang offers four flavors made for dishes, drinks, and desserts. In each bottle of hot sauce, you will find a blend of tradition, innovation, culture, and creativity. Our bottle designs inspire Latin culture, with each product designed by an independent artist. I’m most excited to expand into the lifestyle industry and be able to connect with our audience in different ways-outside of the kitchen. The key to our progress in business has been collaboration. We collaborate with other businesses, organizations and independent artists. We believe firmly that collaboration is the new competition, and we suggest exploring opportunities that you can experience with others!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Wow-what a question! If someone was visiting me for a week I’d take them to a chef’s table experience at Aubergine Private Dining Club in Grandview, OH, visit every Columbus, OH hot spot on Hollen Campbell’s (@eatinginthe614) list, catch an extraordinary Maker’s Mark event created by the super talented Lanessa Jones, and then end the week with a one of a kind bourbon tasting at Opa Grill in Delaware, OH with Genti Koci-all done wearing my favorite Ohio Dynasty sweatshirt-because football season!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
There are many people responsible for my successes. I’d love the opportunity to thank all my restaurant partners, retail partners, liquor brands, and every day returning customers. It’s the collective and collaborative support that has allowed me to grow.
