Hi Nicole, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My photography journey is a love story that started with a simple desire—to capture the beautiful moments of my children’s lives. As both of them are adopted, I felt a deep importance in documenting their happiness, health, and flourishing journey. Their beginnings might not have been conventional, but I wanted to showcase their lives in the most positive light.

From the love I poured into documenting their story, while honing my photography skills, a natural progression occurred. I felt compelled to extend my services to couples tying the knot, helping them tell their unique love story through my lens. It didn’t stop there; capturing the strength and stories of women as they build their brands became the next chapter. Every click tells a story, and I’m here to bring those stories to life with a touch of joy and professionalism.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’m all about LOVE and people! In my world, creating beautiful imagery is as vital as building meaningful relationships with my clients. I aspire to be more than just a photographer; I want to be their personal storyteller, capturing the essence of their unique journey.

It warms my heart when clients reach out to have me document the diverse moments of their lives—be it a Wedding or Engagement, Senior Portrait sessions for themselves or their children, or capturing the evolving imagery as they build their businesses. I’m passionate about photographing women at every stage of life because every woman has a story worth telling. I love celebrating love, life, and the incredible people who invite me into their precious moments.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Cincinnati, to me, is a canvas of beauty and an ever-evolving tapestry of urban growth and culture. It’s a city dotted with pockets of pure awesomeness, making it a playground for creating diverse and delightful experiences.

A day downtown, strolling through the Contemporary Arts Center, connecting with history at The Underground Railroad, and soaking in the beats at the Cincinnati Black Music Walk of Fame. We’d hop on the streetcar, seamlessly weaving between these cultural gems, and wrap up the day with a casual dinner at E + O Kitchen.

Next up, a shopping extravaganza! A day at Kenwood Mall, Rookwood, and Liberty Center—retail therapy at its finest. We’d cap it all off with a dinner at Jag’s, with some good ole girl talk . During the visit, ,we’d definitely have to go to Somerset Bar for a chill hangout and music vibes at Nostalgia.. Listen, when friends come to town, they know it’s a guarantee –good times, great shopping, and delicious food are always on the To Do list.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The first thank you goes to the divine architect—GOD, the visionary behind this incredible journey. Yet, navigating the path and growth of Love Photography Studios wouldn’t have been the same without my Brand Coach. While mastering the craft of creating imagery is pivotal in the photography business, understanding the business knowledge and strategy involved is the other side of the coin in achieving success.

My brand coach has been the compass, distinguishing between running a photography business and truly mastering the BUSINESS of PHOTOGRAPHY. It’s the duality that defines excellence, and I’m grateful for the wisdom and guidance that elevate Love Photography Studios beyond capturing moments to crafting a thriving photography business.
