We had the good fortune of connecting with Stephanie Alston and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Stephanie, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success and the success of my brand is Prayer. But within prayer, how I carry myself and my brand at all times is equally as important.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I love to provide something different that other photobooth companies do not offer. From props to glow in the dark bracelets for kids. Just something with a PicMe ENT touch to it. A lot of hard work and creativity as well as marketing and a genuine love for people has gotten me to where I am today and has helped spread the word about myself and the product I provide. There are always challenges but you have to be able to think on the spot and adjust to whatever may arise. You cannot get discouraged you have to continue to press on. Along this journey of becoming a small business owner I’ve learned patience, I’ve learned to be a little more stern, I’ve been able to be a lot of things to a lot of people . I’ve been able to train others getting started in the same field. I’ve learned to manage finances better and I’m also able to help the community out more and help the ones close to me as well. I want the world to know that PicMe ENT is here to stay and ready to expand. I care about them having the best and most memorable experience when they choose to book with my Brand. We aren’t just a business we are a Brand.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’d go to places and do things I know my friend is interested In. I’m a fun sports type of person so I love to do things with physical activity. I’d want to do virtual reality activities, see the outdoors, take them around family, we’d actually go eat at the best of the best restaurants in town. I want my friends and family as well as my clients to always have THEE BEST experiences when they are with me.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I do not have any one specific person to dedicate my shoutout to. I have a few close friends and family who support me, push me and lift me up and encourage the start of and ongoing success of my business.
