Meet Tony Taylor | Car Detailing Services

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tony Taylor and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tony, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I am from a small town in Ohio, Tipp City. From a young age my father raised our family on boating and showed me early on how to clean and take care of our family boats and cars too make them last a long time for all of us to enjoy! I also work as a mail carrier at the United Stated postal service and seeing all my mom has sacrificed for her family as I’ve grown up has kept me motivated to take care of my own young family.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I own a car detailing business. Taylored Detailing Services. To start my business I took a huge leap and flew across the country to become trained and certified for my business. I am most excited about the future, I have 2 sons l, that I dream of building a business that they can one day take over and be proud of.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
For my hometown of Tipp City, OH. I would love to start the day with breakfast at Sam and Ethals and enjoying walking around the shops of historical Tipp City. There are many great lunch and dinner options in Tipp including Harrison’s, Tipp City Pizza Place, Coldwater Cafe, or Hinders Sports Bar. Tipp has plenty of parks for the kiddos to play and lots of great hiking trails along the river and throughout town to enjoy. It ifs a warm weekend you will be sure to find us at the lake!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have so many people I am thankful for, including my wife who has been so supportive and by my side through so much and I wouldn’t be where I am without her, my family who helped me start and grow my business and supports me every day. My customers who I appreciate so much. And most of all my late father.l, Who without him I would not be the man I am today. He taught my brothers and I to work hard and to take pride in all things you have and all you do in life. I cleaned and detailed our family boat and cars by my dad’s side since I could walk. He instilled the passion I have today which I am so grateful for.
