Meet Tremayne Keath | Mobile Detailer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tremayne Keath and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tremayne, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My original thought process was I wanted to just work for myself, be my own boss. I wanted to just call my own shots without having to answer to anyone. But that quickly changed once the process started. I started to feel like owning my own business was like starting a legacy for myself. It’s something I started from scratch, worked for spent countless hours thinking and preparing for. It’s something my kids can look at and say my dad started his own business so I can do the same.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a Mobile Detailer. But I consider myself a car enthusiast who just enjoy cars and to me it’s nothing like being in an immaculate car. So that’s my sole purpose is to have my clients vehicles looking like it’s in the showroom at the dealership. I take pride in showing my clients their vehicle after I’m finished. That’s why I love when I get a new client or one that have experienced a not so good detail. Something that sets me apart from others is I just worry about me. I stay in my own lane and do what works for me and my clients. But with that being said I also will give advice and help other Detailers who have reached out with questions. I tell them it have its moments but it’s definitely something you can benefit from and it’s plenty of vehicles on the road for us all to eat.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Being from Cleveland or The Land I’m taking them downtown. We will start at my favorite Mexican restaurant barrios. We can eat some tacos and enjoys some drinks. Next I would go to the comedy show at either Hilarity’s or Improv. For some good laugh, drinks, and some good buffalo wings. Depending on the time of year we could hop on the good time 3 and take a ride on Lake Erie. We would go see the Cleveland Browns or Cleveland Cavs play. Then hit west 6 for some clubs and a little bar hopping or top golf if your not into the club scene.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
In my story my family deserves the biggest recognition. They have been in my corner since day one. Always being supportive and believing in me and never doubting any decision I may have. You need that cause it was times when I was have second thoughts or wondering am I doing the right thing. But that extra confidence boost I received from my family always push me over the hump and put my mind right back on track.
