We had the good fortune of connecting with Tryntje Larkins and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tryntje, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
Beautiful Bosses is an Empowerment for Women all over the world. Women need to know their worth and that they can conquer anything no matter what obstacles we face. So my social impact is keeping women uplifted , encouraged with hope .keeping your faith , believing in yourself . I have events in my community to bring women sisterhood together to support one another women of all colors. My Girl chat live is growing and expanding a safe place for women to join in and have a genuine real conversation.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a Nursing Assistant. I have been taking care of patients for over 20 years this is a passion of mine. I dedicate myself and time to this profession due to my mom being sick with Alzheimer’s for over 10years , caring for her made it so passionate to care for others and keeping a smile on there faces as they face the end of life. God put me in this position for a reason back in 2011, my mom was diagnosed in 2010 and passed away in 2022 . God knew !

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well I would definitely bring my friend to Cleveland. The city of Cleveland is beautiful. Some amazing steak restaurants. A day on the Good time boat down by the pier . We would definitely have to go to Ceadr point in Sandusky, Ohio . Edgewater Beach for a day of relaxing. I would also like to show her the history of Cleveland so definitely some museums.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My son Jeff seats also known as chefe jefe In the Cleveland area. He has been a great mentor helping get my business up and stared a year ago. Great feed back and support. My daughter Onchantea Larkins always there to support and rolling with me , giving me great advice big supporter on my Girl Chat live .
