Meet Zach Beadnell | Owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Zach Beadnell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Zach, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
“Everybody wants to eat, but few are willing to hunt.”

To me it means that everybody wants to be rich or have everything but only a few people are willing to sacrifice and work hard to get it; there not many people that want to work for success.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
After graduating high school i went to college and earned my construction engineering degree. I then went to work for an excavation company for 6 years. during this time i got to see and do the in the field work and fell in love with it. I then left that company looking to further my knowledge of construction. i worked as a land development manager for 2 years. i was able to learn the other side of construction, the bidding process, contracts and made many contacts along the way. after 2 years i was ready to start my business.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well, one of my favorite spots is homedepot because when i go there i usually buy more tools. in all seriousness i would probably take them to Chippewa lake and do some fishing for a day. I would then take them to the square of medina and show them around all the shops and restaurants

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My wife, Alex, has been by my side since the beginning. she has helped with banking and accounting, building our website and supporting me when things got tough
