Most of the media often paints all businesses with a single stroke, but in our experience businesses are each unique and so many of them are focused on making the world a better place. We’ve highlighted a few such gems below.
At its core, my business is about fostering healthy, lasting relationships. By officiating weddings, I get the unique privilege to be a part of one of the most significant days in a couple’s life. But it’s the role of a premarital and marriage coach that extends this impact far beyond the wedding day. Through coaching, I help couples build strong foundations for their marriage, addressing key aspects like communication, conflict resolution, and mutual understanding. Black Women Cultivating Change has a mission to eliminate the stigma related to mental health and wellness in the black community. We have built relationships with the community and are providing safe spaces to discuss topics chosen by our target audience in hopes to break down barriers and stigma that is deeply rooted in our community. My business will help the community because it is focused on bettering a person’s overall well-being, mentally and physically by providing people in the community a safe space for holistic practices as well as more traditional western medicine practices. I will provide IV therapy, which has become very popular recently, as well as meditation and mindfulness exercises. Read more>>
