We had the good fortune of connecting with Chelsea Delahanty and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Chelsea, why did you pursue a creative career?
I’ve been into Art since I was a child. I come from a family with creative parents. They both always pushed me to utilize the gifts I’d been given. I look at life as a beautiful creation. I’m just the artist. It’s what I’m best at.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Social Media Marketing is booming right now. There are a lot of options. Which can cause complications. That being said, promoting is a massive tool to use to your advantage. People helping promote, sharing etc is a huge part of marketing your own product. That is the glory of Social Media right now but also the downside because everyone is using it. You have to step up and be prepared to pour yourself into your work. To show, not just tell consumers you’re different. I pride myself on working closely, hand in hand with those who choose Sweet Marketing LLC. . I take every detail into account and I am not satisfied until I would personally be happy with the steps taken. I would never deliver a product or products, I myself would not use.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Downtown. Simply beautiful at night time and endless places & sites to see. I myself love visiting the Art Museum. I could walk all day. Comic Book Museum as well. I love The North Market, delicious and so many bars to choose from for casual hangouts!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Many have played a role in my life. My parents have always pushed me to utilize my abilities. Co-workers/friends have always encouraged me to take the next step into Marketing. My husband & children. They have been my biggest supporters and ultimate motivation. They’ve given extra attention and love during this entire process and without that, I would not be where I am or able to do what I do fully.
