We had the good fortune of connecting with Ebay Fuller Jr. and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ebay, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Originally for me I had no thought of it. At least at the time I did start it. You know for me it was a little different, for my 21st birthday my mother told me, you’re in the big leagues now. I’m not getting you anything for your birthday that you’ll forget about in 2 months, what I’ll do take it or not, I’ll help you get started on what ever business you want to go into…. At the time I carried in my phone a list of ideas that I thought eventually I’d want to make. And doggy perfume was on there because I was a huge fragrance collector/ connoisseur but I was also a novist in the world of the beauty/cosmetics industry. once she offered to help me get started I said to myself, “ you spend so much money on fragrances why don’t you just make them? “

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I own a fragrance company called RedNas Eul Co. For me personally I think our brand is shaped around visual arts, story telling, being relatable and your personality. I believe these go hand in hand in all of our lives. I think for anybody successful or on the journey it’s consistency and playing the long game. Not rushing anything, taking your time to see things through/grow. No it’s never easy, life is all about trials and tribulations. For me personally when things are brought in front of me that people look as obstacles I look at as different paths to the end goal. Again I think the lessons I’ve learned is playing the long game and learning how to be consistent and effective. My brand is for the people, this brand was built off of personality and shaping/evolving who you are.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
The thing that I love about Cleveland is there are so many cultural food places and hidden gems. I’ll break it down breakfast, lunch, dinner; First we make our way to Townhall for a good clean and well tasting breakfast or lunch. Second we’ll make our way to Heart Of Gold for some unforgettable food. Lastly we’ll make our way to Amba for a cozy ambiance. The best places to visit and hang out would definitely have to be between Ohio city and Lakewood both cities have great cultural food, local shops and game nights.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
