Hi Lachandra, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Firstly, let me acknowledge that the success of LBB Edutainment, LLC., is a collective achievement. Success is never a solo endeavor, and the milestones we’ve reached are thanks to the incredible, hardworking individuals who have contributed along the way. The cornerstone of our success, and the foundation of LBB Edutainment, lies in our holistic and human-centered approach. Our mission is built on inclusive strategies that engage the minds, hearts, and hands of the community.

Our inclusive strategies resonate on multiple levels. I deeply believe that true change occurs when we connect with the intellect (the head), the emotions (the heart), and the actions (the hands). By prioritizing the humanity and security our teams, we foster stronger engagement, enhance productivity, and reduce employee turnover. Addressing these facets allows us to create a comprehensive and lasting impact, ensuring our efforts resonate deeply and lead to meaningful transformations.

From electrifying live music performances at local bars and iconic theatres like Shadowbox Live and the Ohio Theatre to captivating museum exhibitions at the Columbus Museum of Art and the Center of Science and Industry (COSI), there is always something to inspire and entertain. The city’s dedication to fostering creativity and artistic expression is palpable, with more film and media opportunities blossoming throughout Ohio, making it an exciting time to be part of this dynamic community. It’s incredible to witness how art is being encouraged and infused into everyday life, enriching our cultural landscape and connecting people through shared experiences.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My heartfelt shoutout goes to my incredible husband, Brian Baker, who has been my unwavering right hand for the past 15 years since May. Brian has been one of my biggest cheerleaders, especially when I decided to step away from the corporate world I had known and struggled with for years. His belief in me gave me the courage to take a chance on my business and pursue my long-term personal goals. His unwavering support has been the bedrock of my journey.

Brian has grounded me and raised our two kids with humility, graciousness, and integrity. He embodies the qualities of a hardworking, dedicated, and generous individual. As a champion for human rights, his passion for making the world a better place inspires me daily. His strength, light, and courage are most evident in his battle with Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, a journey he has bravely faced for the past eight years. Despite the challenges, Brian has faced each day with an incredible spirit, showing us all what it means to live with resilience and hope.

His contributions to my life and our family are beyond measure. He is a constant source of strength and love, and his unwavering support has been instrumental in our shared success. Brian’s ability to face adversity with grace and positivity has taught us all the true meaning of courage.

I also want to extend my deepest appreciation to our family, friends, and community. Their support and resources have been invaluable during some of our most challenging periods. The love and encouragement we have received have made a profound difference in our lives, and we are endlessly grateful for their presence and assistance.
