Meet Youssef Tawfik | Entrepreneur & Software Engineer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Youssef Tawfik and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Youssef, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My journey started working in a fortune 500 company and then leaving it for another better position in another company but for some reasons thing did not work out and I basically lost both jobs. At the same time I was doing a freelance job in the transition phase. Honestly looking back into my job in the fortune 500 company, I was too comfortable to a degree that I was not looking to progress just doing my job and that is it. Work ends at 5 and the weekends. The company was making sure we are comfortable at all aspects and I felt myself getting lazy and I did not like that and I did not like the fact that there is a ceiling above my head (The cooperate ladder) and what I can achieve in an organization. Honestly I did not feel that is fair so having my own business, taking that risk and starting was a big step for me that basically freed me and gave me the opportunity to reach the stars. What I did for those companies I can literally do for myself really resonated with me instead of making millions for another person let me make my own millions
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
So my business is an agency were we have the talent for software and design so our services vary from websites, ecommerce, apps, custom software, automation to branding, graphic design. What sets us apart is that we are experts in AI automations so we focus on helping business owners harness the power of AI outside of the commercial AI tools we see out there, how we can use AI in that business to interact with its live data, analyze, input even giving the power to AI to send emails. Working on my business has been a constant grind to be honest you have to keep it at it and give it your all and god will do what’s best for you. You have to be in a constant state of evolution, curiousness and development the world is moving sooo fast and no one is special your work defines you. One of my challenges being an engineer is taking the engineer’s hat off and putting the business owner on. The nature of my craft is pretty introverted and not a lot of social interaction but when I started my business I had to learn how to sell, market, scale a business and much more so it took me a lot of reps and I am still learning. One of the biggest lessons I have learned that genuinely god is the best of planners and you as a person could never know what’s best for you. I think I want people to kn ow that my brand is dedicated to pushing boundaries and exploring the vast potentials of AI in the business world. We’re not just another tech company; we’re innovators and thinkers, constantly seeking new ways to integrate AI into everyday business processes to make them more efficient and effective. Our journey has been one of relentless pursuit and passion, and that’s what I want the world to recognize and remember about us. We are here to make a difference, to transform businesses, and to lead them into a new era of technological advancement and prosperity. We believe in the power of AI to change the world, and we’re here to lead that change.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
we’d start with a morning stroll through the Short North Arts District, enjoying the local art and grabbing brunch at Northstar Café. We’d spend an afternoon at the Franklin Park Conservatory, then head to the German Village for a walk and dinner at Schmidt’s Sausage Haus. Another day would be dedicated to exploring the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, followed by an evening at the Scioto Mile. We’d also visit the North Market for diverse food options and end our nights checking out the local breweries like Seventh Son. It’ll be a fun, laid-back week filled with the best of Columbus!
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
For sure my parents, they played a huge role in my education and upbringing they choices they made and did not make really shaped my character to it is right now. From the sport I played to the school I went to. Really made a difference and I really think what makes me who I am now is my character and my life experiences that is heavily influenced by my upbringing
